Board-level monitoring of risk factors through its board committees has intensified, while re-visiting risk management policies, and integrating them into the organisation’s strategy and culture for effective mitigation.

These also need to be supported by resources for successful implementation and consistently have a dialogue with the C-suite, basis their pivotal role in risk management.
Considering the above, the Institute of Directors, India is hosting a special ‘Global Virtual Session on BOARD LEADERSHIP & RISK MANAGEMENT’ 2021, to discuss and deliberate the Board’s role in corporate risk oversight.
